Bob Vogt

Bob Vogt is President of Midwest Pressure Systems, Inc. A Purdue University graduate (BSME ’74, MSME ’76), Vogt discovered his interest in combustion engineering during his studies, which led him into the oil and gas industry. After working in the sale of specialized technical equipment, he found his true passion in sales. He went on to found Midwest Pressure Systems, which has spent the past 30 years designing and manufacturing air and gas pressure booster systems.

Vogt describes his move into entrepreneurship as a calculated risk, but one supported by his engineering background, which gave him a distinct advantage in understanding, selling, and servicing complex technical equipment for his customers.
