Justin Danhof is Executive Vice President of the National Center for Public Policy Research. Previously he served as the National Center’s General Counsel, as well as Director of the Center’s Free Enterprise Project (FEP). FEP the conservative movement’s only full-service shareholder activism and education program: It files shareholder resolutions, engages corporate CEOs and board members at shareholder meetings, and sponsors effective media campaigns to create the incentives for corporations to stay focused on their missions – creating shareholder value for investors.
Danhof has participated in over 200 shareholder meetings to advance conservative ideals and blunt corporate wokeness. As the leading voice for conservative-minded investors, Danhof’s team annually files more than 90 percent of all right-of-center shareholder resolutions.
Danhof is a graduate of Bentley University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance. Danhof completed his graduate studies at the University of Miami School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation. Danhof lives with his wife and two daughters in Rockville, Maryland.”
