Danielle Carl is a seasoned executive leader with more than 15 years supporting top leadership at The Walt Disney Company and Netflix.

She brings vast experience in executive operations, global logistics, and high-level coordination, managing complex legal, creative, and stakeholder initiatives with discretion and precision. This includes direct collaboration with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and high-profile external partners such as members of Congress.

Her frontline experience inside corporate sustainability gave her a rare, unfiltered view of how global climate policies are crafted, messaged to the public, and actually implemented, exposing the persistent gap between rhetoric and reality.

Renowned for her tact and meticulousness, Danielle serves as Special Advisor to the President of The Heartland Institute, Executive Director and Board Trustee of Climate Intel, and is one of the proud co-founders and current Vice President of Ways and Means for Republican Women of Simi Valley and Moorpark.
