Lois Perry is a British political commentator, broadcaster and PR operator who, since December 2024, has been the Director UK/Europe for US free‑market think tank The Heartland Institute, and was also leader of the UKIP Party. After founding and running the anti‑Net Zero pressure group CAR26.org from 2021 to 2024, she went on to lead UKIP, cementing her profile on the UK’s climate‑sceptic right. She is founder and CEO of Periscope Consulting, and additionally co‑founded the Reform Jewish Alliance and Reform Friends of Israel, where she serves as Strategic Director. She remains strategically aligned with The Reform Party.

She is a long‑standing media presence, regularly appearing on GB News, TalkTV, Channel 5’s Jeremy Vine Show, BBC Radio 2, BBC World Service, BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio Essex and LBC, and has also fronted her own programme, “The Lois Perry Show”. She is known for being informed, personable and funny, with a distinctive focus on Net Zero and wider culture‑war and political debates.

In 2004 she co‑founded 6HILLGROVE PR, a crisis‑communications and reputation‑management agency that has represented a range of high‑profile clients. Earlier in her career she was Advertorial Director at OK! Magazine for Northern & Shell, after starting there on the sales team with major beauty and fashion accounts, and previously worked at Telegraph Newspapers, including supporting the City office and former editor Lord Deedes.
